Your new responsibilities
- Support Agile DevOps teams and the Cybersecurity community with application security designs and templates, requirements specifications and the verification of implementation.
- Conduct security assessments and risk evaluations and consult business units with the definition of suitable mitigating countermeasures.
- Share expertise and your knowledge within the Business and Cybersecurity community.
- Represent the Siemens Smart Infrastructure Cybersecurity team in corporate initiatives and projects.
Your skills and experience
- University degree in Computer Science or IT Security or equivalent education.
- A minimum 3 years’ experience in Cybersecurity
- Strong knowledge of security standards and regulations such as ISO27001, and IEC62443
- Proficiency in designing application security architectures and the evaluating and integrating of 3rd party SaaS applications.
- Solid understanding of AI/ML systems – particularly LLMs, RAG architecture or AI pipelines.
- Experience with Microsoft Azure cloud platform and architecture
- Ability to effectively translate technical content into business language.
- Fluency in English is essential; proficiency in German is an advantage.
