About the team/role

Here you will elaborate and execute strategic and operational Procurement activities across the Global Procurement Organization. Ensure alignment to business necessities and stakeholders, so as to the Procurement guidelines and goals. Position will report to the Regional Director of Procurement with a close connection to our global organization.
In this role, you'll be...
·       Lead and execute the end-to-end sourcing process and facilitate analysis and collaboration of a cross-functional teams. Partner with regional and global organization colleagues implementing effective sourcing processes.
·       Experience working with different Procurement categories (Indirect).
·       Develop and lead negotiation strategy to maximize total value and minimize risk.
·       Execute total cost of ownership analysis, execute supply-market research/benchmark and conduct pricing audits aiming for continuous cost and processes improvement.
·       Ensure that the business requirements and drivers are well-understood and sla’s/kpi’s will be achieved accordingly.
·       Ensure compliance and adherence to the Procurement guidelines.
·       Identify opportunities to maximize general corporate results and contribute to the development of the Professional Services category strategies (among others).
·       Drive the change management of Professional Services Procurement transformation process. Act as a business partner and represent Procurement within the global procurement organization.
·       Challenge legacy processes and ways of working being creative, dinamic and developing strategies to speed up business growth.
·       Lead all relevant business partner and supplier’s interactions including senior levels throughout all steps within the Procurement end to end process.

·       Proven experience in complex matrix organizations and fast paced environment companies. Experience in global/regional roles is a plus.
·       Experience with strategic sourcing and procurement methodologies, contracts and supplier’s management.
·       Strong in risk and compliance management.
·       Excellent analytical, presentation and communication skills. Strong sense of urgency.
·       Ability to engage and influence others, deep understanding about what is the role of a Procurement BP.
·       Creative, energetic, hands on and strong minded team player with high level of self-management.
·       English fluency is mandatory. Spanish is a plus.
