Minimum qualifications:


  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.

  • 2 years of experience in processing data sets and identifying patterns of significance.

  • 2 years of experience in relationship management and stakeholder management.

  • Ability to communicate in English and German fluently to support client relationship management.


Preferred qualifications:


  • Experience in advertising, sales, marketing, consulting, or media.

  • Experience in campaign management for Google Ads (e.g., Search, YouTube), Search Ads 360, Display and Video 360, or other Search Engine Marketing (SEM) platforms.

  • Ability to take ownership of accounts, deliverables, and Key Performance Indicators (KPIs).

  • Ability to oversee multiple, simultaneous solutions, supported by internal teams with excellent project management skills.

Our Large Customer Sales (LCS) teams partner closely with advertisers and agencies to develop digital solutions that build strong businesses and brands. As advertising shifts to mobile and online platforms, the teams are uniquely situated to help shape how companies grow their businesses in the digital age.

As a Digital Media Solutions Analyst, you will own the Search or YouTube advertising strategy for key clients across the entire business cycle for clients supported in the German-speaking markets. You will drive Search or YouTube Excellence with the LCS teams through pitching and activating new products to drive performance. With a specialism of solutions and our clients business objectives, you will advise them on growing their business and maximizing return on their marketing investment. You will also act as an advisor and consultant who works across functions and alongside Global teams, as well as a client advocate within Google.

Responsibilities


  • Develop and apply knowledge of the market, industry, products, and tools, in preparation to offer the best solution for our clients business challenges.

  • Dive into the client’s business objectives and work with them to lead the conversation on a search or video strategy to drive performance and the right investment.

  • Work with cross-site and cross-functional teams to drive short and long-term account growth.

  • Drive conversations on measurement and attribution along with the measurement and attribution specialists of search or video media.

  • Manage a book of business, working across the business cycle with in-country teams (e.g., plan, pitch, implement, and optimize) and complete extensive training to become an expert in Google’s product suite.
