We are looking for a high-impact Earner & Marketplace Operations Lead to join our rapidly growing Grocery & Retail team in the Central America, South America & Caribbean region. This is a strategic leadership role responsible for driving the operational excellence in a marketplace with several use cases live, where earners play a dual role — both picking and delivering orders — making the model distinct from the food delivery business.

Your work will ensure we have the right supply in the right places to meet demand reliably and sustainably. Oversee performance across multiple grocery and retail verticals, ensuring pricing and incentives are optimized, and surfacing insights that lead to more efficient marketplace operations. Champion the earner journey — from onboarding to day-to-day operations — by improving communications, engagement and support. Ensure our earners are empowered to provide excellent service at every touchpoint.
- Lead Operational Strategy & Execution: Own and drive the operational roadmap for the GR Earner and Marketplace teams across the different markets. Mentor and grow a team of operations professionals by promoting a strong culture of ownership, innovation, and continuous improvement.
- Build and Scale Processes: Set goals, define key initiatives, and lead the execution of cross-functional projects focused on growth, quality, and efficiency.Identify and prioritize operational opportunities. Design, test, and scale processes that elevate operational performance. Collaborate closely with regional ops, product, and analytics teams to build solutions that are data-driven and scalable.

**What You’ll Need**

- English and Spanish professional proficiency
- 5+ years of experience in business consulting, investment banking or other hyper-growth startups is preferred
- Critical thinking and analytical rigour, as you will be dealing with data (reports, experiments, pricing models) and scaling processes.

- Experience with data-based decision-making - exercising good judgement in ambiguous circumstances, and effectively communicating across a diverse team.
- Strong Excel skills, other database experience helpful. Comfortable learning and using new software tools (e.g SQL)

- Previous experiences that prove your sense of ownership, a getting-things-done approach, and the ability to go from high-level business strategy to tactical execution several times during a regular week.
- Proven experience working into multidisciplinary teams and leading other team members to achieve excellent results.
