The right candidate for this exciting role will be an innovative, curious, detail-oriented, self-starting, organized planner with the demonstrated ability to respond effectively and efficiently while maintaining flexibility. A good sense of humor is important, as is good judgment, being proactive, and the ability to simplify. The perfect candidate will possess the skills to complete high volumes of tasks; focus on deadline sensitivity with minimal guidance or supervision. As such, the candidate must be skilled at anticipating problems, proactively creating contingency plans, juggle multiple critical requests autonomously, problem solving and organizing logistics.

Largely responsible for providing executive support to LatAm 3P Director, this role will operate in a variety of additional capacities; providing support to various business partners, assisting with data analytics, planning, employee engagement as well as employee training and development. This role requires a superior level of integrity and discretion in handling confidential information.


Key job responsibilities
- Complex calendar management and meeting organization.
- Travel coordination and expenses reconciliation.
- Streamline internal and external communications to maximize team productivity.
- Track and help drive completion of key leadership deliverables.
- Ensure effective dissemination of information from central teams.
- Manage and maintain confidential SharePoint sites.
- Plan team events, have fun at work and help others do the same.

Basic Qualifications


- Bachelor's degree
- 5+ years of executive assistant experience
- 5+ years of senior level leadership support experience
- Experience handling administrative details independently, while exercising good judgment in keeping team members adequately informed
- Experience with Microsoft Office products and applications
- Fluent in English and Spanish (written and spoken)

Preferred Qualifications


- Experience leading process improvements
- Experience in a fast-paced, high-tech company
- Experience designing processes to maximize efficiency
- Fluent in Portuguese is a plus
