You’ll break new ground by
- Acting as the global product owner for all Employer Brand and Talent Attraction technologies. In close alignment with the team and the Global Head of Talent Attraction, you lead relationships with our core vendors, define the strategy, and oversee the execution.
- Overseeing license administration and user access across Talent Acquisition and other business users, ensuring global consistency and scalability. You continuously optimize our global platforms, ensuring functionality, efficiency, and business alignment, monitor the platform usage and inform strategic decision through analytics, reporting and insights.
- Steering the adoption of branding technologies across the global Talent Acquisition community, facilitating training and gathering feedback to enhance user experience. In this context, you collaborate closely with our Global Communications and IT teams.
- Being our Technology Champion by representing our team in all discussions about technology needs and priorities. You co-develop ideas with the team, assess feasibility, and help bring them to life.
- Driving the development of our new external careers portal with our recruiting technology, owning the implementation and ongoing maintenance of brand structures and ensuring consistency across the platform, always in close alignment and collaboration with the team and the Global Head of Talent Attraction.
- Creating an excellent candidate experience through intuitive design, clear content, brand-aligned visuals, and engaging communication by leading the candidate comms strategy and guidelines.
Your success is grounded in
- Education
- Academic background (preferably with exposure to People & Organization topics)
- Experience & Skills
- Mid-term experience in Employer Brand, Talent Attraction, or Talent Acquisition, with a clear understanding of global practices and regional nuances
- Experience in owning digital platforms used in employer branding or recruitment marketing (e.g., Canva, VideoMyJob, CRM, careers portals)
- Expertise in vendor management, including contract topics, license governance, and collaborative development
- Very good understanding of Talent Acquisition technology ecosystems, particularly candidate experience platforms
- Hands-on experience with global platform enablement, training, and adoption—especially in matrixed environments
- Ways of working
- Strategic attitude with the ability to translate ideas into action and influence across functional levels
- Confident communicator, skilled in developing brand-aligned messaging and visual content that enhances the candidate experience
- Collaborative working style with experience in regards to cross-functional partnerships, especially with Communications, IT, and regional Talent Acquisition teams
