Head of Sales Operations, Central and South America
Job Description
### **About the Role**
We’re looking for a thoughtful, strategic, and impact-driven **Head of Sales Operations** to lead our Central & South America (CASA) region. If you're excited about driving growth through smarter processes, meaningful insights, and collaborative leadership—this role is for you.
You’ll play a key role in helping our regional sales teams work more efficiently and successfully. Beyond the numbers and systems, we’re looking for someone who’s passionate about empowering others, brings a sharp perspective, and is ready to influence how we grow in LATAM.
This is a chance to lead with intention, shape outcomes, and bring more women’s voices into how we operate at scale.
### **What You’ll Do**
- Design and implement regional sales operations strategies that boost productivity, focus, and long-term impact.
- Own forecasting, pipeline health, and performance analytics to help the business make smarter, faster decisions.
- Establish and improve key sales processes—from lead management to customer engagement frameworks.
- Champion CRM adoption and ensure clean, actionable data throughout the funnel.
- Partner with sales leadership and the CASA GM to set KPIs, review performance, and improve territory planning.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with marketing, finance, and customer success to build cohesive go-to-market strategies.
- Identify opportunities to automate, simplify, or streamline how our teams work.
- Coach and develop the sales operations team—fostering a culture of excellence, equity, and growth.
- Keep an eye on the market: analyze competitor moves and local trends to inform how we evolve.
### **What You’ll Need**
- 7+ years of experience in business or revenue operations—ideally in sales-heavy environments across LATAM.
- Strong understanding of CRM systems, forecasting tools, and performance tracking.
- Experience leading cross-functional teams and aligning stakeholders around shared goals.
- A data-first mindset, with the ability to turn insights into action.
- Clear, empathetic communication skills and a collaborative leadership style.
- Comfort navigating complex organizations and evolving priorities.
- Full fluency in **Spanish and English**.
- Willingness to travel across the region when needed.
### **Preferred Qualifications**
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Economics, Finance, or related field; MBA is a plus.
- Experience in fast-paced, high-growth companies—bonus if you’ve supported GTM or revenue teams.
- Passion for mentoring others and building inclusive, high-performing teams.
